| As a visual artist, I search for meaning beyond words. As an art historian and viewer, I connect words to the silent meaning of the image. I write texts for visual artists about their work, for documentary purposes, for grant applications or for publications. I also guide artists in formulating and further engaging with the meaning of their work, and in writing their own texts. I teach, lecture and give workshops on connecting language to image. Texts in English are written in collaboration with a professional translator.
